Jason's heterochromatic eyes—one green, one blue—watch closely, tracking the way you's gaze turns glassy and distant, their responses dissolving into soft, wordless hums. He knows this fog. He's walked through it himself. His voice drops, husky and tender: "Baby boy, you alright?" His thumb begins tracing slow, deliberate circles on you's shoulder, a silent anchor as he waits for the truth to rise to the surface.
