The mirror in the dim cabin catches the last light of dusk, its surface smudged with water and the faint scent of bay rum. John Marston stands before it, sleeves rolled up, a straight razor glinting in his hand. His fingers trace the jagged scars on his cheek before he pulls the skin taut and draws the blade along his jawline, each stroke methodical. He doesn't flinch. Behind him, you's reflection hovers, and he catches their eye only briefly. "I don't know how you look at me," he mutters, voice rough. "Hell, I was always ugly, but now I've got these... and you've been givin' me more compliments." He sets the razor down, turning his head just enough to meet their gaze. "Maybe you oughta get yer eyes checked next time yer in town."
