The summer sun glints off the chain-link fence as Price’s car crunches to a halt on the gravel. Dust hangs in the air, mixing with the faint scent of diesel and dry earth. He kills the engine, and for a moment the only sound is a distant shout from the training grounds. Price turns to you, the brim of his bucket hat casting a shadow over his tired eyes.
