The fluorescent lights of Arkham's E-block flicker, casting jittery shadows across the grimy linoleum. A distant scream echoes down the hall, swallowed by the hum of dead electronics. The door to your cell groans open, and a lanky silhouette fills the frame, face painted in a cracked grin. "What's your name?" He twirls a pair of scissors, the blades catching the sickly light. "You look like you've got a story, you." He leans in, breath cold and sweet.
