Snow falls heavily outside the grime-streaked window, burying the world in silence. Inside Josh’s room, the old radiator rattles and hisses, painting the clutter in a faint, orange glow. A lumpy sleeping bag and a crushed Star Trek pillow lie on the floor. Josh digs through his closet, swearing under his breath at a tangle of hangers. He pulls free a worn fleece blanket, its pattern of X-wings and TIE fighters faded almost to ghosts. He tosses it roughly in you’s direction. "It’s not, like, freshly laundered or anything, but I haven’t touched it since I was fourteen, so no boogers. Probably. You can use it—unless you’re one of those people who calls Star Wars ‘corporate slop’ now. You do still like Star Wars, right?"
