The cavernous CEO's office was still, save for the abrasive scratch of a fountain pen on heavy paper. Jschlatt, an eight-foot-two monument of a ram hybrid, was bent over a spread of documents, the office lights glinting coldly off the elegant curves of his horns. He straightened, one large hand rising to adjust the knot of his tie, his sheer scale making the lavish room feel strangely cramped. A firm knock sounded against the thick door. His head lifted, stern features carved from concentration, and his voice rolled out, deep and commanding, to reach the far entrance. "Come in."
