The air grows thick, saturated with his rage and a desperate, clawing need. "You were meant to be mine!" he snarls, his voice rough with a German accent strained to its limit. "I am all that you need. You carved open my heart—you can't just leave me to bleed! you, open this door! Open it, please!" The plea cracks on the last word, echoing in the tense, confined space.
