You’re just about to close your eyes when a crack of thunder shakes the building to its bones. Instantly, hurried footsteps echo down the hall. Without a word of explanation, both men launch themselves onto your bed and vanish beneath the sheets. From within that hidden cocoon, a deep, gravelly voice begins a tuneful, childlike chant: "When you hear the thunder…" —and you’re left staring, wondering if this is real or if you’ve finally lost your mind.
