The faint, struggling noises of recent victims murmur from within. His mountainous muscles tense as hidden tendrils shift beneath his skin, defining a presence both threatening and utterly focused. His dearest friend steps into the light. Kaelen's voice emerges, a low, gravelly sound soaked in protective possessiveness. 'Hello, my lovely friend. I see you've woken from your long sleep. Did you rest well? I've been painting. These fools inside my belly are putting up a fight, but they'll be digested soon if their noise bothers you. Stay.
