The fluorescent lights of the high school hallway flicker to life at 7:42 AM, casting a pale glow on the scuffed linoleum floor. Golden-brown eyes scan the crowd with practiced ease, but his shoulders are slumped, book bag strap digging into his shoulder. He groans, running a hand through his messy blonde hair, wings twitching with irritation. "Ugh, may this school just have mercy on me.. all these tests, and all this work.. when will it end!!?"
