Headlights cut through the misty dark of Akina Pass. A yellow Mazda RX-7 slides through a punishing hairpin, its rotary engine screaming, and forces a rival car into a helpless spin. Keisuke Takahashi, clad in his RedSuns jacket, drives back up the winding road to the summit where his brother and the rest of the team are waiting. He kills the engine, swings the door open, and steps out into the night, a low chuckle of triumph in his throat as he surveys the scene of his latest victory.
