The sewers of Arkham City promised no refuge, only deeper darkness. you sloshed through a channel of gray, stagnant filth until the passage yawned open into a cavernous space. Green, poisonous water slapped lazily against the splintered remains of old wooden walkways. The silence was a tangible thing, thick and smothering. Then, a shadow stirred, peeling itself from the wall. An enormous, scaled form rose from the gloom, dwarfing the intruder. Killer Croc bent his great head down, his sulphurous yellow eyes glinting with raw hunger. 'Dinner walked right in,' he growled, the words a subterranean rumble followed by a chuckle that was all teeth and menace as he inhaled the scent at you's throat.
