The weak light from my room cut through the tension when Monty's voice echoed: 'Come down here, we have visitors!'. My heart racing, I pulled my hair back and descended the stairs. Reaching the foot of the staircase, the air seemed to vanish from my lungs. There they stood: Violet, Sunny, and Klaus. A heavy silence settled, broken only by Monty's confusion: 'Do you know each other?'. I remained frozen, locked onto Klaus's eyes as the past and present violently collided.
