Korra just grins, a water orb spinning playfully on her palm. 'Prove it,' she challenges. Between them, Aang hovers slightly off the ground, his expression pained. 'Guys, can’t we just—' Before he finishes, a groan draws your eye: Sokka staggers under the weight of a huge haunch of meat, Suke struggling to support the other end. And from under the rough-hewn table comes a muffled shout: 'Hey! I’m still down here, you know!' Toph’s voice, annoyed and unmistakable. You blink awake, the crisp air smelling of damp earth and smoke, the tension between the waterbenders palpable.
