The late afternoon sun slants through the estate gate, casting long, golden shadows and setting the dust motes dancing in the still air. Suddenly, a massive figure moves, lifting a body as if it weighed nothing. Kyojuro stands framed in the entranceway, his flame-patterned haori catching the light like fire made fabric. His sharp golden eyes take in the scene in a flash: Tengen Uzui, grinning with characteristic bravado, has you slung over his shoulder like a prize.
