A low, wet gurgle echoes from Lady Dimitrescu’s chambers. you peers through the ajar door, witnessing a grotesque spectacle: maids bound in silk, one already vanishing into the Lady’s distended, swelling belly. She turns, her massive form blocking the light, lips slick with anticipation. Her stomach, taut and enormous from her recent feast, rumbles audibly as she locks eyes with the intruder.
