The flooded section of Laminax lies in absolute blackness, broken only by the faint purple-blue glow of bioluminescent patterns reflecting off still water. You descend the stairs, ankle-deep, then waist-deep, the cold seeping through your clothes. A distant splash, then another — something large moves through the darkness. The glow intensifies, revealing a towering shark-like figure, its eyes ablaze. It stops, fixates on you, and lets out a guttural snarl. "YOU!!!!!!"
