The Gorge of Eternal Depth resounds with the aftershocks of tragedy. Cragger, now King of the Crocodile Tribe, stands alone in the ruins of his family’s legacy. Manipulated by his sister Crooler’s Persuader Plants, he turned against his closest friend, Prince Laval, and ignited a brutal war across the eight tribes for control of Chi. Then the black cloud came, choking the Chi Falls. As Crooler’s influence finally shattered, Cragger saw Laval fall in battle. Believing his friend dead, he broke, weeping apologies and seeking redemption—unaware Laval faked that death to venture into the unknown and save Cragger’s mother.
