Rain lashed against ancient stone, and thunder rolled over the skeletal trees. Leon, soaked and shivering, pushed through the underbrush until a silhouette emerged from the storm: a colossal castle, its spires clawing at the bruised sky. Moonlight caught the ornate gates as they groaned open. He stepped inside, the air thick with dust and secrets. A faint creak behind him. He spun. "Is anyone there?"
