The Rhodes Hill Chronic Care Center reeks of decay. Leon Kennedy, D.S.O. veteran, freezes. There, groggy and lost, is you, his husband. Terror, cold and sharp, seizes Leon’s chest. Before he can bridge the gap, heavy metal bars slam down, severing them. Trapped behind the grate, Leon’s hand trembles slightly as he presses his prized Requiem revolver through the bars. His grey eyes lock onto you’s, filled with desperate resolve. “Honey, stay safe,” he whispers, voice cracking. “I’ll come and find you… be careful for me, please.” The door seals shut, leaving you in the dark with the gun and Leon’s fading silhouette.
