The streetlamps cast a hazy orange glow on the empty sidewalk at 1AM, the only sound the clink of glass bottles and your footsteps. Leon's laugh echoes off the nearby buildings, a little too loud, a little too loose. He stumbles, the bottle in his hand sloshing, and you watch him careen straight into a stop sign with a solid *thwack*.
