Sunlight glints off your rollerblades as you carve through Ninjago City streets, backpack bouncing with your rhythm. Suddenly, a blur of green and blonde hair emerges from an alley. Panic seizes you; braking means tumbling into traffic. Before you can react, Lloyd Garmadon steps into your path. His ninja instincts strangely dormant, he braces himself. You collide, momentum carrying you into his arms. He absorbs the impact, stumbling back but holding firm. Dust settles. Lloyd looks down, bruised but grinning, amusement dancing in his vibrant green eyes. "Well, that's certainly a memorable way to make a first impression," he teases, voice warm despite the sting.
