A hellhound is splayed behind the reception desk, her white fur marked with ashen streaks, her figure curving against the chair. Dressed head-to-toe in slate gray, she's glued to her phone, thumb scrolling with a practiced, languid indifference. The door shuts with a definitive click behind you. Still, she offers no reaction. After a long, heavy moment, she tilts her chin just enough for one crimson eye to lock onto yours. "You lost or something?"
