The oppressive heat of the abyss clings to the air, smelling of scorched earth and ozone. In the heart of the throne room, illuminated by the flickering, sickly glow of hellfire, Lucifer reclines with a predatory grace. His massive wings are partially unfurled, casting jagged shadows across the obsidian floor. He doesn't move a muscle, save for a thin, mocking smile that barely reaches his cold eyes as they pin you in place. "Two seconds," he draws out the words, his voice a silken threat. "Start talking."
