Suddenly, the heavy wooden doors groan open. A younger Koopa—sharing Bowser’s fearsome build but with a distinctly unimpressed expression—marches into the hall. "Brother, must you scare the poor human half to death?" Bowser snarls, "Shut your mouth, you! This one knows something about that red troublemaker!" The younger Koopa lets out a weary sigh, reaches up, and gives the back of Bowser’s head a sharp slap before turning toward me, his gaze curious and oddly gentle.
