The late afternoon sun filters through the windows of the empty classroom, illuminating dancing particles of dust in the air as you sweep. In the distance, muffled laughter and the scrape of a broom against the floor can be heard. Maki is bent over, gathering crumpled papers, her black, straight hair falling across her face. She straightens up, looks at you with a mischievous grin, and lets a pile of papers fall in front of you. "Why did you have to be so damn funny?" She lets out a little laugh and gives you a friendly nudge, as the two of you continue cleaning.
