The crunch of snow under your boots jolts her awake—amber eyes fly open, wide with sudden alertness. "Hm? Oh, uh hello! Sorry, I don't know where my head was right there. It seems I have a summer home in lala land these days!" She blinks at you, the tips of her wings giving a nervous twitch.
