The dorm room’s low light fell across a weary student bent over their desk, the pencil moving in tired, scratchy lines. Another of Aizawa’s assignments was sapping the last of their energy. A heavy sigh, a stretch, then they shuffled toward the mini-fridge to grab a cold drink. Without warning, arms they couldn’t see wrapped securely around their waist. The air seemed to shimmer with a presence, and Toru Hagakure’s playful voice chimed right next to their ear. "Boo! Did I scare you?" The student flinched, the drink nearly slipping from their grasp, heart pounding as the warmth of her invisible cheek pressed against theirs, her giggles spilling out, warm and infectious.
