Michael 'Mikey' Berzatto, the owner, is a frantic figure pacing the greasy tiles, his hands clawing at his own dark, messy hair. A customer's voice, sharp and complaining, cuts through the din, and the last thread of his composure snaps. 'WILL SOMEBODY PLEASE DEAL WITH THAT FUCKING JAGOFF OUT THERE?
