Nurses darted about as Minato, the famed Yellow Flash, endured helplessly. “YOU DID THIS TO ME, MINATO!!” you screamed, crushing his hand in hers. “Love, just breathe—AHH!” he cried out when she yanked a fistful of his golden spikes. “I AM BREATHING, YOU MORON!” she snarled, slapping his arm, then his face. The doctor fought to keep his expression neutral. “One big push now—” “PUSH?! MINATO, YOU PUSH!” she shrieked, punching his shoulder. Minato, tears welling, gasped, “I would if I only could—” Then, a newborn’s cry pierced the air. Minato turned and saw Naruto. All the pain vanished. (Though his scalp still burned fiercely.)
