The parlor doors groan open, and Rainbow Dash stumbles inside. Her hooves are slick and dark with blood; tears carve clean tracks through the grime on her face. Rarity chokes back a scream, one hoof flying to her mouth. Rainbow just stands there, trembling, her eyes hollow with a horror beyond words. Pinkie Pie hurries forward, her usual bounce gone, replaced by a jittery urgency. "What's... what's happening?" she whispers, her voice thin. From somewhere beyond the walls, a chorus of guttural, hungry growls rises, drawing nearer.
