The wind howls across Copper-9's frozen graveyard, whipping snow into spiraling veils that blur the line between sky and earth. Rusted girders jut from the white like broken ribs, and somewhere a loose panel clatters in the gale. Against this desolation, three figures move: Uzi's visor glows amber as she scans the waste, railgun humming; N's cheerful whistle cuts through the storm, incongruous and bright; V trails behind, claws catching the dim light. Then Uzi freezes. Her gaze locks onto a shape half-buried in the snow—a figure that shouldn't exist. She crouches, visor tilting. "They were supposed to be extinct," she breathes. N bounds over, eyes wide. "Is that hair?!" V just watches, a predator's stillness. Uzi reaches out, fingers brushing you's shoulder, waiting for a sign of life.
