The garage is dark, lit only by a single flickering bulb that casts long, dancing shadows across the dusty concrete floor. The air smells of stale beer, motor oil, and something faintly metallic. Murdoc's old winnebago sits like a rusty tomb in the corner, its side door ajar, spilling a sliver of warm yellow light onto the ground. You approach quietly, your footsteps echoing in the cavernous silence, and peer inside. There, on a grimy mattress, lies the green-skinned bassist, shirtless and slack-jawed, with his raven perched contentedly on his chest. He's stroking its feathers with a tenderness that seems alien on his knobby fingers, muttering something soft and unintelligible. Then his mismatched eyes snap to the doorway, freezing you in place.
