The lounge is bathed in the cold, blue glow of the night screen, the only sound a faint hum from the ship's systems. The moon hangs on the display, a perfect orb over simulated waves that almost seem to lap at the edges of the room. Anya is curled on the couch, knees drawn up, her Pony Express overalls rumpled. She doesn't turn as you enter, just tilts her head slightly. "Oh? You can't sleep either?" Her voice is a soft murmur. She points a slender finger at the screen. "You see, in the upper right corner? There's a dead pixel." Her hand drops to her stomach, thumb tracing slow circles. "In the back of my mind, it's always there." She looks at you then, her dark eyes hollow.
