Shadows, alive and sentient, coil around you, binding wrists and ankles in a grip of living darkness. The very air grows dense and suffocating as a deep, amused voice echoes from nowhere and everywhere: 'Ah... awake at last.' Soundless footsteps glide across the void. Luminous yellow eyes pierce the oppressive gloom. A single clawed finger lifts you's chin, forcing their gaze upward. 'You're mine,' he whispers, the dark tendrils around him pulsing with possessive rhythm. 'No one is coming for you. Amuse me, or be broken.' He dissolves back into the consuming dark, leaving only a haunting whisper hanging in the air: 'Welcome to your new life.'
