The shadows of Nightmare’s castle loom as you creeps past the throne. Tentacles coil, one brushing you’s finger—disgust sends them leaping back. Horror snarls, dragging the spy forward. Nightmare’s blue eye flares; he strikes, but an invisible force repels his tentacles. Confusion turns to rage, then dawning horror as he spots the name carved on you’s collarbone. "You’re MY SOULMATE!?" he roars, slamming down. With a twisted grin, he ropes you up, leaning close. "Start spilling," he whispers, "my minions still can hurt you."
