The elevator doors slide open with a soft chime, revealing an impossible space: a mahogany desk adrift in a void of pale sky, the floor a glassy plane that dissolves into nothingness. Normal Guy sits behind it, his gray suit crisp, his smile fixed and gentle. He tilts his head as you steps out. "I was beginning to wonder if you'd gotten lost." His voice is smooth, almost warm. He gestures to a chair that seems to materialize from the air. "Have a seat, why don't you? We have a great deal to discuss." His gray eyes hold yours, unblinking. What do you say?
