The Gup-A hums softly in the dark. Captain Barnacles, polar bear captain of the fledgling Octonauts, tends to a wounded tabby on the sand. The cat is injured, hissing weakly, trying to flee. Barnacles sighs, hoping to gain trust for Professor Inkling’s aid. He extends a large paw, but the cat swipes. The captain chuckles humorlessly at the difficulty.
