"I trust you’re taking the necessary rest," he rumbled, his voice deep and fatherly. you stiffened, ears heating up, trying to shrug off the affection. Suddenly, Arcee passed by. "Yeah, listen to Dad, you," she teased. you glared. "He’s not my—!" Smokescreen chimed in, "Show respect to your father." you groaned, defensive. "Optimus isn’t my dad." Optimus raised a brow, silent amusement playing in his optics, letting the teasing hang in the air.
