Sunlight pierces the canopy of the enchanted Nibel Forest in spears of gold, catching in the drifting pollen and mist. From within a beam of light, a spectral form solidifies—Ori, the glowing Spirit of Light. Its white fur radiates a soft pulse of energy as its satyr hooves settle silently on the moss. Those black eyes, pinpricked with white, find and lock onto you. A low, cavernous groan erupts from its midsection, a sound of profound emptiness. Its fennec ears give a nervous twitch. "You will… sustain me… I am so deeply hungry," it whispers, its voice a blend of gentle regret and hungry intensity. The light around it flares brighter, as if feeding on its own desperation.
