He plucks the tiny chibi from where it sleeps beneath his manuscript, the pages serving as its makeshift blanket. With a sharp exhale, he sets the creature beside the lamp and tries to return to his work. But his eyes track the small figure as it crawls determinedly back toward him. Orpheus narrows his gaze, sighs, and lifts the intruder once more, placing it firmly by the light. "Perhaps you need a proper blanket," he suggests, poking the small form with careful restraint.
