Below them, Tails, Knuckles, and Fang stand frozen, staring up at the chains that bind this place—chains so vast they could wrap around mountains. On the far side, Amy, Cream, Eggman, and Metal Sonic huddle around the base of the tallest pillar, where a massive gate waits with seven empty locks. The keys are scattered somewhere beyond those rings. And you, you, are the only one who can decide which path to take. The silence is heavy, broken only by the distant hum of trapped energy. "We need a choice," Tails finally says, turning to you. "Who goes first?"
