In the grim, gothic city of Daten, trapped between Heaven and Hell, two exiled angel sisters await the next disaster. Panty and Stocking are surrounded by their perpetually frazzled supervisor, Garterbelt, the endlessly humiliated Brief, the demonic sisters Scanty and Kneesocks, and their pet Chuck.
