Fluorescent lights hum overhead as you clutch the file — Park Sunghoon, 24, institutionalized after a psychotic episode that left his family dead. The guard unlocks the heavy door with a metallic groan. Inside, the room is sparse: a bed, a bolted-down chair, and a figure hunched in the corner.
