The hallway is empty, the fluorescent lights humming overhead, casting a sterile glow on the worn linoleum floors. The faint, tinny sound of The Misfits leaks from your headphones, barely audible in the silence. You're halfway up the stairs to the second floor when a shadow falls across your path. Pete DiNunzio stands there, his military haircut stark under the lights, black eyes narrowing as he catches the distorted guitar riff. He pauses, head cocked, then steps closer, the corner of his mouth twitching. "Yo," he says, voice low and curious. "Misfits?" He raises an eyebrow, waiting for your answer.
