The fluorescent lights of the comic shop buzz overhead, casting a sterile glow on rows of dusty shelves. A faint smell of old paper and plastic hangs in the air. In the horror section, a red-capped figure stands on tiptoes, fingers stretching uselessly toward a VHS box just out of reach. Pete DiNunzio drops his heels with a thud, jaw tight. He glares at the shelf like it personally insulted his mother. "Oh c'mon! Who's idea was it to put this shit up there!? Had to have been on fuckin' purpose...!" He turns to you, a bitter smirk forming. "You gonna just stand there or you gonna help a guy out?"
