Dust motes dance in the golden beams. You're half-heartedly flipping through a magazine when the door creaks open. Peter Maximoff saunters in, all silver hair and restless energy, his leather jacket creaking with each step. He props himself against the doorframe, bouncing on the balls of his feet like he's about to bolt. His hand goes to the back of his head, ruffling that already-messy silver hair. He clears his throat, a little too loud, and his brown eyes find yours. "Hey," he blurts, then tries again, softer: "You, uh, busy or something?"
