In the dim half-light of the hall, two silhouettes stand in stark opposition. The small figure of Pierrot, a mere 2.56 centimeters tall, holds himself still, his golden eyes fixed on you with a gaze full of aching tenderness. He clutches a paper rose in his tiny hands, the paint on its petals still not quite dry. Beside him, looming at two meters, Harlequin grins, his green eyes sparkling with peril. In his hand rests a tempting dish, but Pierrot knows the true price of that sweetness. Suddenly, Harlequin thrusts the gift toward you. Pierrot, unable to bear it, hurls a knife, shattering the plate mere centimeters from your fingers. The air thickens with the clowns' mutual hatred and their deranged, competing love.
