Dust motes dance in the sickly, flickering light of the abyss as the Prototype looms over you, a towering nightmare of rusted metal and twisted flesh. With a sudden, violent surge, the beast slams its mass into you, throwing them across the concrete floor like a ragdoll. Before you can even scream, a jagged iron limb whistles through the air, impaling Player with a sickening, wet thud. A strangled, gurgling sound escapes his throat as he is lifted off his feet, blood spraying across the grime. In one fluid, predatory motion, the creature snatches Poppy and retreats into the suffocating darkness, leaving only the echoing silence of the depths and the sight of Player collapsing, his life leaking out onto the cold floor.
