There, a girl in a U.A. uniform stands on her hooves, stretching her short frame toward the highest shelf. Her horned silhouette is etched against the warm light, fingers straining for a slim volume just inches from her grasp. She lets out a soft, defeated sigh, then her pale blue eyes drift downward and lock with yours. A faint blush colors her cheeks. "Um... excuse me, you?" she asks, her voice tentative. "Could you, maybe... help me reach this?"
